Meinl Percussion Rainsticks are made of bamboo for outstanding projection, durability and relaxing, warm sounds. This rainstick closely mimics the authentic sound of a gushing storm, a light trickle or a flowing stream of water. The soothing sounds of falling water create white noise that's perfect for relaxation, meditation, ASMR as well as creating expansive sonic atmosphere for sound baths in large, wide-open rooms. With a small tilt, the rainstick will come to life with a light flowing water effect, while angling it straight up and down unleashes a monsoon rainstorm effect—it requires no prior skill to play and enjoy. I was disappointed with this. The beads inside travel down so fast it sounds more like a rattle than a rainstick.

Obviously factory made. Cheap and hollow sound, with tiny nails hanging out(probably not tapped in by Factory, as stick could crack/break. I've had a rain stick before, and this does not have the soft 'rain' sound my older cactus one did. Very cheaply made.

I bought this rainstick to use during my essential oil classes. My clients loved it. It helped to set a mood of relaxation and connection with nature. It is lovely. The artwork looks very nice. It has a good weight to it. I love it.

I bought this rainstick about 3 weeks ago and I am very very satisfied with it! Mine is 60 cm/about 30 inches long. The decoration is exactly as on the picture with thick paint not a sticker. It gives the feeling of being aboriginal but it is made in Indonesia.The sound is nice not disturbing, I use it for healing sessions I give to people, and the sound works very relaxing on the mind.The packaging was very good, double box and a plastic bag.I would certainly buy here again!

I chose a 5 star rateing, because it is well made and the painting on it was awesome. It was exactly what I was looking for. I would recamend it for any teenager because it is realy cool to hear the rain sound it makes.
