I bought this to cover my burn barrel. At the top of the screen is a screw attached to a "loop" handle. The screw that fits into the screen is too small and just slips in and out. Have to use leather gloves to put the spark screen on and take it off.

I expected this to be closer to the original than it is. The cross-beams are of thinner metal, and the screw in eyehook to lift it is also very small and rather thin. It is also not as high of a dome as the original, nor as thick of screening material. I placed it on top of my Patina brand firepit with a 24" firebox, and there is easily amost a 1 inch gap all around. It will serve its purpose, but I am not thrilled. I think I will go ahead and buy a 24" one made for other brands, and see if the fit and quality is better.

Item already had paint missing when it arrived. After one use half of it is rusting, and it bent easily. I would return it but it’s the only one I could still find in the 22/23” size.

This screen is perfect for my fire pit, but after one use, it began to rust where the flames hit it. I guess it burned off the coating? Don't know, but it's a rust color is some spots not.

cover is sturdy and truly 23 inches in diameter. The height provides enough clearance to not interfere with the artiificial logs of my fire pit.
