Very difficult to access instructions for the converter. The only way, besides contacting the manufacturer, is scanning the QR Code on the package. Then you're invited to download the instructions. Difficult to find downloads on an iPhone. Then, to register the converter - a credit card number is required. Ummm NO! Was finally able to send the download to my email to be downloaded on my PC. This was an exercise in futility since the instructions are next to useless. You just have to play with it to figure out which buttons do what. Note: The side button allows you to return the plug type back into the convertor to stow it away.
