I bought style B for my 2025 Trailblazer LT, which I have named Snot because of her shade of green. I mainly chose style B because it looks like a factory install would, curving down at the ends to meet the car, and it's prescence is very subtle. The next day I went to transport a kayak and secured it directly to the cross bars. It was raining and I had never secured anything to a cross bar before. I didn't drive fast but I kept the moonroof screen open to monitor movement. I could see a little bit of movement, but I had also secured the front and rear ends and was confident that it would not come off. When I got home I spoke with my son, who often transports things on his car, he recommended style A. He said that being wider would allow me to secure larger items and the overhang at the end of the bars give an additional mounting point, not present in Style B. So I returned the B and got the A. I put them on and could easily see several reasons why I would recommend the A over the B. The first is that they have a rubber strip along the top of both cross bars. Style B did not have such a strip. Tho strip would have prevented the side to side movement that I experienced. Style A also felt stronger in how it mounted. B sits on the bolts to hold all of the weight. Where A actually sits on top of the car rails just a bit and the bolts secure the cross bars to the car without holding the weight. Both sets can easily hold more weight than the vehicle is rated for so that's not a real problem either way, but it just felt more secure. I can easily see that I will be able to secure wider objects, and be able to secure them easier with the bar end extending past the support posts like my son said. The B definitly blends into the car more discreetly and has a genuine factory look, the A not only doesn't blend in like the B, as it sits higher on the car in a more prominent way, which may also be a down side if you are a shorter person, but may be an up side if you want to mount a kayak rack and worry that the bolts might hit the roof. Both sets are good quality, but I really liked the rubber strip so I am staying with Style A. Both styles easily avoid the opening and closing of the moonroof when nothing else is attached. I didn't take a picture with style B on the car, but I am including a picture with style A so you can see how it looks mounted.

This rack was very well labeled and easy to assemble. The hardware was stainless steel and didn't have any banged up threads. I'm very pleased with it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

These were extremely easy to install on my car once I got a nylon prying tool to remove the plastic caps in my car's rails. I got the tool from AutoZone or one of those auto parts stores but you can probably get them on Amazon too. Drove across country, through car washes and bad rain, heat, and up and down pikes peak with these holding a Thule cargo box. Only had one nut pop off during the trip, probably because of all the vibrations going down Pikes Peak, but it somehow magically was still on my roof so I just popped it back in. Was probably user error because the rest of the nuts were still good and tight. Very strong, looks great, no complaints.

Took a chance on buying these. My husband got them on in about 20 minutes. He said the directions explained things really well. Very nice note given from the manufacter for trying their product. The rails are really nice and sturdy. I don't hear any wind driving down the road. I read other reviews on other products that said wind was a problem. Not with these! Highly recommend if you want some. There was 2 styles to choose from.

I bought these for my 2021 trailblazer RS and they fit perfect. They were kind of hard to install because it was an awkward angle putting them in but it wasn’t too bad. They hold my kayak really well and look sporty also. Would recommend!

2024 trailblazer RS.Take your time! I put everything together slowly inside of my house. And then moved to my vehicle roof. Use cloth or rags to keep from scratching if you’re doing this alone. If you have a sunroof, many screws are easier accessed through the sunroof. Make sure to tighten every bolt down! Now that it’s installed, it feels like it’s part of the vehicle. I’m very confident that nothing is going to go anywhere. I’m going to check all of the screws in a couple of days to see if any have backed out. If so, I plan to apply a drop of Loctite. With all of my gear on top, you can definitely hear air noise through the sunroof, but it’s not that bad.Use of a faring is not possible due to the first bar being pushed so far back beyond the sunroof opening.
