The manual was missing when we received it.

I have a pair of these and while I wouldn't expect them to hold up to years of touring and abuse, they are well made, decent little lights. I'm pretty happy with their performance too, they are relatively bright, have a good variety of gobos and colors and they perform well on sound active, master/slave mode. They are also nice and small and easy to set up single-handedly. 2 of these sit on my truss with a variety of other major brand dj lights, and in my mind outperform some of my Chauvet & ADJ stuff. Ill be buying another couple of these for the other side of the dancefloor.

Both work as described but it appears one is noticeably not as bright. Even at the same manual focus point. Used for school gym and they work pretty well inn general but would advise 4 for a bigger application.

From my experience it is an excellent product for a very good price. Not a plug 'n play, though. It requires some hands on, so I will share some of my experience to ease this process or at least give some ideas. For some customers struggling with the Manual, please ask the seller to attach the information within Amazon's mail so they can answer you back with the needed information. It took me one day before getting it so perhaps a little bit of patience is required, though. The electronics are modular and are designed mostly to plug in the corresponding sockets. Each socket has is own orientation and shape so you can't make a short circuit. If you don't have the manual at the moment, use the image displayed at the product description that shows all the components so you can have an idea of how it should be looking and where the cables will be going. Use the wiring color to ideintify signal and power cables. After plugging all the cables, you can solder a 110V inlet with a switch to the power supply cables for a better ON/OFF control. The power supply unit's AC input is also fused so no extra protection is needed. For the people struggling with the included AC power supply cables it uses IEC AC Power Wire Coloring so brown is the hot line (1 phase), blue is for neutral line and yellow+green goes to grounding. So keep this in mind if you are soldering to an inlet. As I mentioned before, all the other cables are in connectors with a corresponding size and edge that will fit well only in the corresponding socket avoiding mixing signal sockets from power cables. After assembling, the standalone operation uses DIP switches to change between 8 possible modes. One of them allows reading audio signals from the included mic to write patterns according to that signal. The corresponding DIP codes are in the manual, so wait for it if you don't have it. For a quick test set LOW all switches except for switch 1 and switch 10 this will produce a [1000000001] that will set an 'auto cartoon' mode that will draw random animations. Use a laser pointer towards the mirrors and see the generated light patterns. Also the system supports ILDA and DMX512 interfaces so you can control it from a PC with the respective adapters (DAC) or external hardware boards and software as freeStyler (DMX) or Pangolin's BEYOND (ILDA). In my case I will test a DMX-USB with freeStyler. Keep in mind that an XLR/DMX connector with its wiring is need to connect the PCB port to the adapter. I will have to test this setting first to verify if it works as intended, though. It Is not Plug 'n Play, but hope my experience can be of help to fellow customers.

This is a very nice light. The DMX works perfectly, although the channel to set the Gobo is a bit illogical, with the 'open' setting being part way up the slider rather than the default 0. But it's solidly-built, the pan/tilt are nice and smooth and the fan is quiet. But the real eye-opener is the brightness. It sounds obvious that a 60w light will be double the brightness of a 30w light, but in smoke it seems more than double. When I first saw it produce a bright yellow beam (with 60 watts of white light through the yellow section of the colour wheel) in smoke I couldn't believe it. The Gobos are nice and although they are not full rotating gobos, you can 'wobble' the gobo which is also a very striking effect in smoke. I have a home setup with lasers, led battens, Halogen stage blinders, a KAM Stratosphere etc, and although I love them all this is the best £100 I have ever spent on a light.

They worked great in my bar/restaurant and have been mounted on my trestle where no one is able to reach for about 4 months.. then both of them just died. The bulbs are built into the product and I cannot figure out how to change the bulb. The lights still turn and move around but there is no longer any light.

My band has used a pair of these once so far for a few hours at a wedding reception. The lights have plenty of power for medium to large sized ballrooms and should work very well with fog. They feel sturdy and are heavy. Noise is low and won't be audible at a dinner or amongst light conversation. We have yet to attempt much programming but are satisfied with the responsiveness to sound via the built in microphones. When there is silence they will stop, with just soft sound they will move slowly. The mics are highly sensitive so they go into fast moving mode quickly. I would like to see if we can get more variety by having them not go so fast so quickly. The main reason we selected these lights is that they are not just a solid beam or solid color. These lights blend different patterned shapes and also blend colors within those shapes, which we weren't sure if they could do going by the ad. They look good though it was difficult to make them both match in the sharpness of the patterns by rotating the lenses. The only thing I wish was different was their mirrored DMX function. We are using a 50' DMX cable to make them move at the same times in opposing directions. They are inconsistent in which direction they will move, sometimes together in the same direction, or opposite direction. Sometimes they also shine a different shape and or color. They still look great so it is only a minor complaint. We are happy with this purchase and can likely customize further if we can find the time to more intensely study the manual and experiment.

A great motion light for the money. Bright LED light. DMX addressable/programmable. Very solidly build with strong/fast stepper motors. Unit is robust enough to take reasonable abuse from repeated transportation/setup/teardown at live shows. I do not like any GOBOs for our application, so we only use the standard spotlight only (actually rigged them to stay that way even without a DMX controller hooked up. My band has been using two of these for stage effect in clubs for several months with nice results, especially when used with DMX controller and a fog machine. We will eventually get a few more, for sure.
