This item shipped and arrived fast. These jounce spring assists are a direct OEM fit and size for a 2012 Chevy Traverse. There is not difference is height, diameter, and or length than the factory spring assists. This item feels and looks to be made of quality materials. I believe these jounces are made of polyurethane which is impervious to oil, gas, and many other substances. These jounce assists should last a lifetime and add a much better feel and handling than the stock rubber spring assists. These spring assists are very functional and easy to install. They just pop off and just as easy to replace. Polyurethane does make squeaking sounds if you do not add a little bit of grease to the contact points. Place a little bit of grease where they attach to the frame and on top of the jounces and you will never hear them. The yellow adds a bit of color difference from the factory black but they are in a location and area where they are not easily seen. The overall look is good. For polyurethane the cost is fair. I rated these 5 stars.
