These things are tough. They seem hard, but when you press them into the cups you will see they are like hard but with a little "squish". The hole up the center will allow a 3/8" drive socket to BARELY get in there to tighten the cup bolt. I saw one reviewer complain about plastic scraps all over. Did you REALLY grind on these to get them in? Good product at a good price. They will do their job to keep my coils and shocks (2.5" lift) from bottoming out. 2003 TJ frame up restoration. So...press them into the cups, get them in straight, then bolt the cups in. Don't forget some red loctite on the threads since you will never have to replace them again...unless you go to a higher lift.

These will not fit your Jeep XJ without a lot of modification. I installed them on my XJ, and now I also have a lot of polyurethane bits all over my garage. Nothing a drill and angle grinder can't fix I guess? LOL. Not sure about durability yet but I will find out.

These work / fit perfect, I have a 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ Unlimited ( LJ ), I have a 4 1/2" Rubicon Express short arm kit. No body lift. Flat fenders up front, 35x12.5 BFG K02, wheels/Tires stick out about 1.5" wider than factory due to wheel offset. These are the PERFECT length for my set up. Tires stop about 1/4" from hitting the fender. Sorry I don't have any pictures. I did have to disconnect bottom of shocks, control arm, and use a spring compressor, ( just a little bit ) Now, to actually install these was not to bad, few diff. ways you can go, I grabbed my IRWIN quick grip 12" plastic squeeze clamp, lubed the end of the bump stop, and was able to squeeze it into place, ( with a little effort) Hope this helps. To make sure we are talking about the same thing here, I believe these bump stops are 5" long... I think.

The material seems sturdy and perfect for the job but there’s no hardware or means to attach what is basically a conical cone with a huge hole in the center.
