Looks to be exact replacement for Carrier low volt transformer. Less than half the price of Carrier. I like to have HVAC spare parts on hand - ECM fan motor, cond fan motor, contactor, etc. Things always seem to break on weekends or at night, when repair help is unavailable or very expensive.

So the bracket was bent up, but with a screwdriver and pliers we were able to bend it back into place. It wasn't the shipping in my opinion; it appears it was placed in box that way since there is no damage to the box. Will update if any issues with it.
