Bought it for my RDX since it only has wired carplay and android auto. This is a must have if you are in search of something similar. Pure seemless connection, and very fast. If it stumbles or something, remember to disconnect your phone from car's Bluetooth so that it oniy connects to this. Voila; all your connection issue will go away.

I use CarPlay for navigation and music daily during my commute. Previously, I relied on a consistent wired connection, which was quite inconvenient. This wireless CarPlay adapter is incredibly easy to install—just plug and play—and the setup is completed in less than a minute. The connection is fast and stable, eliminating the need to plug and unplug the data cable each time. The sound quality is excellent, and map navigation is smooth, not affecting driving at all. Its compatibility is impressive; both my car and my friend's car connected easily, whether using a USB-A or Type-C interface. No more dealing with data cables, leading to a tidier car interior. 2018 vw golf Alltrack. android auto was terrible with a usb into the phone. It would cut out or freeze constantly. I would have to replug the usb everytime I switched to phone or radio or media or hang up from a phone call or using maps, it was very frustrating. This little gem is AMAZING. Very easy setup. Screen switches flawlessly and is faster than wired. Sound is awesome. App switching is very fast. Switching between media and radio and back to app is super fast! No freezing. No replugging. Auto connect (settings on android auto) is brilliant and my phone stays in my pocket. So glad I bought it! I used a little sticky velcro and put it inside the centre console so it won't slide around or get in the way. Worth every penny!

We installed this in a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, which had factory wired CarPlay. Setup was easy peasy. Just plug the wireless adapter into the factory USB, and search for it using your phone, via Bluetooth. It worked on the first try, and has been rock solid stable thus far.As is typical with wireless CarPlay, there is a small lag compared to using the wired connection, but nothing which is off-putting or difficult to deal with. Just wait a moment for commands to register. I cannot comment upon Android Auto functionality, as we don't have an Android phone to use for testing.Great CarPlay adapter!

I was tired of dealing with the messy cables and constant plugging in for CarPlay. Recently, I got this wireless CarPlay adapter, it’s been super convenient! Setup was ridiculously easy—just plug it into the car's USB port and pair it with my phone’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and I was good to go. There’s almost no delay between apps and music, which is a big plus compared to the wired connection I had before. The adapter is also small and discreet, so it doesn’t clutter up the interior of my car. I haven’t had any issues with connectivity, and it works with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which is great if someone else drives my car and uses Android. The sound quality is good too, and Siri integration works flawlessly.

It eliminates all the cable mess that I used to deal with every time I got in the car. The adapter works without fail every time, and it’s so fast—it connects to my phone in a matter of seconds once I turn the car on. My favorite part is how quickly I can switch between navigation and music without any issues. There’s no lag, and everything works just as it should. It also frees up a lot of space in my center console, since I don’t need to have a cable running all over the place. A nice bonus is that it’s small and discreet.

I purchased this device because I love the carplay interface but don't want to always have to plug in a cable to my phone. (Also, sometimes the cable won't connect with carplay b/c of junk in the bottom of the phone where the lightning adaptor goes.) This wireless carplay has been the perfect answer for me. It connects quickly and works dependably. I tried 3 or 4 different wireless carplay adaptors in the past but i was never satisfied of how slow they were to initialize. With this adaptor once my truck is on I'm connected before I can back out of my garage. It stays plugged in in my glove box where it is out of the way and turns on and off with my vehicle. The main thing to know is follow the setup directions exactly like they say with no wifi or bluetooth connections (during setup only). You won't be disappointed!
