I was skeptical if this would really work. But after I did the set up, I needed help from customer service because I'm technology challenged lol. Customer service was fantastic! They were so patient and walked me through step by step, they waited on the phone with me until it worked. I noticed the difference right away with my laptop speed while 2 tvs in the house were being used. Before we had buffering and my laptop was so slow. Now I have no problem and the speed is fast. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend! Great signal strength and fast speed now! Thank you!!!

I bought this extender to increase range and signal to the furthest part of my 2 story (1900 sf) townhouse. Setup via WPS with my router (Netgear AX5400) went smoothly. After set up I plugged it in halfway between my master bedroom and the router. Using a laptop I verified that the wifi signal of the extender "network" was 5 bars, in other words the best I could get. Then I ran a speed test. Boy was I surprised and extremely disappointed. The test result was a max of 20mps down and 23mps up with a bit of a larger ping and major jitter. When I reset to the router itself, the signal varied between 4 bars and 3 bars, but in testing it, the results were 600+ down and 40 up with reasonable ping and no jitter! Looking a little deeper I found that this extender only supports b/g/n formats. The product description doesn't mention that but says it is compatible with all router models. I consider that deceptive. It also states through put up to 300MPS. No way with my testing. Bottom line -- I definitely do not recommend this. Do not buy!! I will be requesting a refund.

Based on reviews, I decided to order this WiFi extender to fully cover areas of our large home.I had never used WiFi extender before so felt little intimidated in setting it up. Upon contacting customer service for help, I was sent instructions via email (instruction manual wasn’t sent with the extender). Instructions were easy, accurate and once I understood the steps, it got installed correctly.It has been over a month since installation and never had any issues. It has made our WiFi experience much better.

I am well pleased with my purchase of the 2023 WiFi Extender Signal Booster. It was super easy to install and has extended a strong WiFi signal from the back of the house to the front of the house (and beyond, well into the front yard). My original signal was being lost sometimes in the front of the house. With the WiFi extender installed, the front of the house has a strong signal and the signal extends past my front yard and into the street.

I got this to extend my wifi about 75 feet to an outside guest house, and it has been working phenomenally. The wifi is strong and stretches through the whole area. Set up took me about 15 minuets and was super easy, i definitely think this product is worth the price and an amazing item. It hasn’t let me down yet.

Price, easy to setup, well designed and awesome tech support. It really does work, I was having trouble getting a decent signal to disable my home alarm 🚨. But, with this extender wi-fi by Bactaey I got a great signal quickly and able to do my task without any problems.

I live in a basement apartment and needed connection to the router above me and had bought a cheaper extension months ago and it was not cutting it. I would lose connection randomly or it was really spotty and this one is the complete opposite! You get what you pay for and this one is very good! I’ve had it for 3 weeks and never had an issue so far! Works amazingly!
