I really liked this vacum it did a good job especially the alge sock. We used it maybe 3 time had it on the charger light turned green went to use it and it won't turn on anymore. We haven't had to clean every week with a vacum cause we can maintain our system well and the 30 day return expired already. But it did work well when it was running.

When it worked, it was good. It quit working after a few months of use. Customer service was poor. Thankful for intervention by Amazon. The communication from Aiper was drawn out over many days and redundant in providing a replacement. Again, when it works it is impressive. How long will it last?

I have a very large Bestway above ground pool, and I had a cheap Bestway vacuum stick that was okay but not great and tended to kick up as much dirt as it cleaned up. It also only stayed charged for about 40 minutes, often dying before I had covered the entire pool floor surface. I eventually sprang for a robot vacuum, but it kept "parking" itself after cleaning only a small area of the pool. Considering the thing cost as much as the pool had, this was no bueno. So, I returned the robot and went back to using the cheap stick, which took forever to use and as noted, did not do a satisfactory job.Enter this lovely vacuum. I decided to give it a try because it was on sale and had many good reviews. I am so glad I did! In less than half an hour I am able to vacuum the bottom of my pool and get all the dirt and debris up and out. That "sock" style bag goes from white to brown and holds all the crud until I wash it out. This vacuum is the best! Worth every penny.

I ended up returning after it broke after 1 use. While using it I found it was really easy for the pieces to become detached as well. I tried to go through the warranty process but it takes up to 30 days for them to give you a warranty exchange and you have to send it to them first. I was better off returning and just buying a different brand, and it ended up working better in my favor anyways. Also, it's very small and didn't work as good as our regular pool vacuum.

Let me just say thank you for saving my pool season to this company. I was hesitant to buy this pool vacuum but it works wonderfully. The Vacuum I bought last year from the pool store stopped working and it coats more then this one. My pool was kind of gross and I was ready just to shut it down. The vacuum came within two days, was easy to put together, and charged quickly. I got it right into the pool and could see the suction working. It was even easy to roll up and down the sides of my pool and Took half the time to clean my pool than my old vacuum. I have an eighteen foot above ground round pool. The only complaint I had was,The vacuum did not roll forward easy. Other than that I would definitely buy again and recommend.

I bought this vacuum to suck up silt (dead algae). I was disappointed and was going to send it back; however, I thought to give it a couple of days and not give up on it. After a couple more days of use, it would get most of the debris, but not the fine silt. I decided to keep it as it is so much more convenient than having to set up the traditional vacuum and it handled 90% of my vacuuming needs. Customer support to the rescue, they provided me a Seagull Plus Robot that more than made up for the shortcomings of the vacuum.
