They appear to work pretty well. Although they can slip after a bit, they generally work pretty well and they stay mostly tight. Although I hate v slot nuts in general they appear to work and do their job.

When you compare to other t-nuts of this same size these are slightly smaller. You get what you pay for

I am using these in Misumi 2020 extrusion and they don't fit very well. Only about 20 of them were useable. The unusable ones are just slightly oversized and will not rotate due to them being to large. I had use a digital caliper to find the ones that were just slightly smaller to use. By slightly smaller, I mean .15mm. The slightly smaller ones barely worked. I found sorting through them to be a frustrating waste of time. Maybe I got a bad batch. My opinion is buy them from somebody else.
