They do work to serve the purpose of keeping the plug plugged in but they usually fall out when you unplug it.

They work in some outlets but not in others, I don't know, why but when they do fit they work fine.

These work to keep things from falling out of the outlet but then whatever you plugged in doesn't always get power to it. So, that kind of defeats the purpose. Save yourself the trouble and just install the spacers inside of the outlet.
