- Please fully touch the center point of the top panel, the compression pressure isn't enough when you touch the side position.
- Please place your phone in the middle of the wireless charging panel, Placing the left and right sides will cause the wireless module in the middle to fail to sense properly.
Easy To Install
Step 1
Drill a 3.15 inch/80 mm hole on the table.
Step 2
Take out the ring.
Step 3
Insert the pop up outlet into the hole.
Step 4
Tighten up the ring. Please note there must be a 10-inch space under the table.

Don't buy it. material sticks /rubs to casing . it will get stuck on the closed position.Right out of the box the spring was pushing the charger / outlet part crooked.Poorly designed or defective.TIPS I DIDNT CONSIDERED:MUST be installed at the same time as the countertop IN AN ISLAND to tighten the plastic nut.ONCE ENCASED WITHIN there is no access without cutting cabinet/ island walls.IF YOU OWN IT AND IT IS GETTING STUCK :HIT THE CASING ON THE SIDES.RUB DIELECTRIC GREASE ON THE CORNERS ONCE IT IS OPEN. PUSH DOWN WITHOUT LOCKING IT A FEW TIMES AND TRY YOUR LUCK.IM LEAVING MINE ON THE OPEN POSITION CANT RETURN IT BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE TO CUT MY CABINETS TO REACH AND LOOSEN THE PLASTIC NUT.PRETTY PISSED OFF.

Doesn’t stick when rising, blends with my quartz counter well, and holds a good amount of plugs, exactly what I needed! Glad I didn’t go for the smaller ones!

After 1 year no issues at all. I have a full house of people using it almost non stop. It stays popped up most of the time so I dont know about the durability of that but I would gladly purchase again.

Update 12/30/2024:Seller has reached out to me to make things right, which he did.I bought 4 of these pop up outlets, one of them had an issue which the seller took full responsibility without me asking him to, You can't expect more from a seller, A++ in my book for bucking up his product.All electrical components will break or malfunction eventually, the customer service is what makes the difference.I installed two of them in a house I built, one month after the customer moved in the outlet was stuck closed and will not pop up. I can't tell for sure but it was probably used a couple dozen times.now I have to buy them a new one, since we past the window of return and it is non of the customer's fault.

was a little nervous about the quality before they arrived, but they're in, and they work great! Tops charge an iphone with silicone cover, pops up and down nicely, am happy with them.
