Bought these to bake my bone broth meaty bones in because I was going through the disposable aluminum pans too quick. These are wonderful pans. Non-stick and very easy to wash and dry in the sink. Also very attractive and stackable. I thought both pans were the same size but they're not, so I bought another set and now I two pans the same size of the larger pan, and two pans of the medium size. They can really be used for anything. After washing my grapes, I sit them in the smaller pan, and sometimes if I need a third pan after using the two large pans for my meaty bones, using one of the medium sized pans does the trick.

They were nice and sturdy however I can't get the handles up from oven with hot pads.

I Needed a Baine Marie pan for no old style 9 x 13 Pyrex dishes. Whoa! Who would think I’d be looking at $30 pans to soak another pan in! And then I found these. What a bargain! They clean up beautifully! Would recommend them to anyone!Worth every penny!
