These are anodized aluminum, not black oxide alloy steel. Not sure how they got those two things confused, but the description is definitely wrong.

This product does work, but it does have flaws and the biggest one is how thin the metal used is. It has not striped out yet and is still working. The o rings are typical o rings. If you intend on using anything with substantial heat with this, i definitely would not.
