Photos on the listing are incredibly misleading. The balls are much smaller than shown, and while the string itself might be 9 feet long, the decor only takes up a couple of feet of it. The string was so tied up and knotted, we couldn’t hang it if we wanted to. Worst of all, the entire item reeks to high heavens of a gross chemical smell. Awful, awful product.

String was a bit tangled on the end, but after getting it unraveled, hanging was a piece of cake! I'm not sure why other reviews say it's shorter than expected... it was the same length as the description, and I had plenty of string leftover that I actually had to cut off. Love it!

The product listing said there were two garland strands, each 9 feet long. The string was 9 feet, however the decoration barely covered 2 feet of it. I had to re-string all the decorations from one stand onto the other so that they were doubled up, causing a little damage in the process. Even then, they barely covered the width of our mantle (which is FAR less than 9 feet wide - only 4 feet). I would have purchased a single strand elsewhere had I known.

The shamrocks are the darkest green felt and they are next to a dark green ball of the same color. It makes the shamrock shape disappear instead of stand out but I’m way too lazy to restring them.The strings are really long so you can spread them out as much as you would like or cut them short, it’s nice to have that option. The color order is consistent throughout all pieces so it makes it easy to play with the pattern.Definitely recommend, I feel like the quality will last for years, I love the pop of color on mantle but it’s easy to store off season and comes up and down really easily.

I was super excited to find this item as it was something I had been looking for. However, when it arrived I realized it wasn't the quality I expected for the price. The string was cheap and flimsy. I was hoping for an item that was more sturdy and would last longer than one year. Therefore, I returned it. It was cute but not for the price at this level of quality.

The size and number of the felted balls for the length you get is not worth the money. Because they are so small, it just makes them look cheap. Plan on about 2/3 the length that it lists for your garland.
