Ok, we have Welch Allyn otoscopes and use the WA KleenSpec specula for both peds and adults.The dispensers themselves are as pictured and quite attractive for what they are. The only issue we have is that the specula don't drop down easily and you sometimes have to tap the thing to get them to fall into place where you can actually pull them out. Minor annoyance could be solved by having a slightly larger tube in there. Otherwise, works fine.
