There are clear seams on the edge of the glass, making it look really cheap. Additionally, the straw easily falls out of the lid. The lid is also not the same size as the glass and looks very sloppy.

This glass is so aesthetic , resistant and beautiful .. everything you put into looks so nice.. it comes with the lead so you can take it outside..

The quality of these are great. They were a good price, and are great to make iced coffee in. I wish they were a little taller, big besides that, my wife and I love them. The fact that they came with a straw cleaner was a bonus.

First wash them. They arrive with a film on them, and this makes the glass appear cloudy. Once washed, the glass is clear. My first use: pour homemade lemon ginger iced tea into them. Very nice presentation. Elevates the experience. The wooden tops fits properly and snugly. The glass straw is easy to clean with the skinny brush provided. I’m very pleased.

These are cute and i recommend them. But sadly the straw broke when my daughter inserted it into the cup for the first time, and I dont know how to reach customer service and ask for a replacement straw.

When they arrived they were covered in a weird slimy and cloudy film which did come off when it was washed, but it still has a weird chemical smell in it after being cleaned which I feel uncomfortable drinking out of. Bummer because I really liked the styled and everything else was great. Returned
