They work well for removing loose hair.
It is fine toothed, has metal teeth. Superior to plastic combs. It has an ergonomic design that makes it easy to hold. The comb teeth are narrowly spaced, so they do a good job combing through the hair.

Our Spitz breed has allergies and has tear stains as a result. Through trial and error we've placed a damp warm washcloth with baby shampoo on her eye area before using the comb. It works well. The eye area is significantly lighter than before. It's not a permanent solution. We use this method about twice a week.

This is the best flea com and the only one that I think works well. The fleas get stuck in-between the tight comb and I drop them in a small container. You do have to be a little fast to make sure they make it in. I use a small container so I don't waste a lot of alcohol but you still get enough depth to drown the fleas. If you use a larger container the alcohol will be shallow and you will have to fill it higher and waste a lot of alcohol.My cat loves when I comb her with this comb.Bonus:I bought combs from this seller before and was hoping I would get a pink comb. I got a pink and green comb and gave the green one to someone. After awhile I happened to loose it so I ordered again and hoped I would get a pink comb again and I did. The other one was blue. I just got lucky :)

My cavoodles eye boogers are much easier to remove with these combs.

Been using wipes and this comb to get the gunk/tears out of my dogs eyes. Easy and he doesn’t really mind. I started by just “combing” his hair on his face so he was used to it before using it to get out the tears/goop. Love his clean face and helps with grooming going smoother.

I adopted senior cat Thomas two months ago. He usually walks away when I brush him, but he purred louder than I've ever heard him purr when I started combing him with his new flea comb. Then he started rolling around in bliss. The combs are well made and look like they will hold up for a long time. The teeth are rounded and obviously comfortable to my short haired cat. They gently remove hair. I didn't find any fleas, but Thomas only gets an occasional flea, so I'm not surprised. It's luck of the draw in terms of colors with these - I got a nice red and a nice blue one. I'm happy with my purchase. Good product, good price.

I actually got these for a diff purpose than they're intended for. My 2 Shih Tzu's have allergies really bad & their eyes get watery & goopy. This causes them to get eye boogers & build up around their eyes. I'm a picker & I can't stand seeing them with crusty eyes so I'm always picking the stuff out but it hurts them sometimes to do that & they help. That's such a sensitive area around their eyes. These combs work great in removing any crust around their eyes w/o any pain. U just gently comb (careful not to poke their eye) out any crusty stuff around the eyes & it comes out easily with no pain. Lay the comb flat against their eye/face so u don't poke them or their eye & just comb it right out! It works like a charm & the tiny bristles pick up anything that's there. If ur pet has a tendency to get eye boogers then I really recommend these! Try them out & see what u think...u won't be disappointed!
