For being generic locks at this price they're really good. A little more slop in the mechanism than I'd like, but that could be the soft on my gun cabinet

Just what I need. Instead of five different locks. All keyed the same.

Good quality locks for the price, used to repair locks on my motorbike and they were perfect.

Purchased these to replace some old, corroded locks on our RV exterior storage doors. Installation was simple. I like the sealing washer that comes with the pack. If I had one complaint it would be that these do not come with the toothed washer that goes on the inside of the panel and helps keep the entire thing from rotating when you turn the key but I was able to re-use the existing washers so it wasn't a big deal. On a brand new install this might be more of a concern.

We purchased these for our motorhome and we are trying to replace all the locks on the external cubbies. However, in doing so, we had at least 4 of these strip out simply from turning them too tight. And I'm not talking way tight, my 12 year old was turning them too tight. I had to be very careful to only tighten them just barely snug, which I don't find good for locks. I did also have to purchase large washers to add to this, as the small nut just ate into the door (but that may be a symptom of my door more than these locks, but stripping out isn't good, it just shows it is cheap metal and probably not the best to have for locks. I'll use these for the moment, but will probably switch these out again if I can find stronger ones.

These locks work great on replacing the locks on my little safe. They are pretty easy to install, and since I have two locks on my safe it's nice that you can open one lock, remove the key and use it on lock #2 and then remove the key if you want to.The price is way way less than the dedicated for safe use only locks that you can purchase for at least 4 times more money.

I needed to replace some broken latches on my trailer and these fit perfectly. They come with two different latch sets that allow you to adjust the depth of the latch where it engages the inside of the storage compartment. Good quality. Very pleased with my purchase.

Replaced all of storage compartment locks on my motorhome. Once you figure out the orientation of the turn mechanism on the first install, the rest are all good to go. Replaced 10 locks all keyed alike with barrel key instead of the regular keyed lock that is used on 95% of RVs.

The instructions on which length to order were confusing. I had to return my first try. The second try worked because if the different length legs for the interior locking mechanism but the middle length would have been best for my application. Still glad I got them to upgrade the cheap original locks.

I used two of these locks on each of my RV side panels: they hold much better, look classier and are more secure than stock RV panel locks.

My Brother got me a Box for my lil truck off and auction site, it didn't have keys, luckily it was unlocked. Had the locks in, in about 30min (had to get the really ancient ones out). These have been working for months now. Excellent. AND they have many keys. Have some in the truck on the peg board, in my coat, and still have spares :P

Needed and liked the optional tabs. Used them to lock under seat compartments in gen 3 Tacoma. ...requires opening the hole slightly and removing the existing stop tab on the lower surface of the door. Takes 5 - 10 minutes per door. ...a little awkward tightening the locking nut as there's nothing but the key to prevent rotation of the lock as you're tightening. ...but it doesn't need to be very tight. You'll figure it out!
