Obviously, you can use these on more than just motorcycles. It's a terminal for plugging in solar panels or a trickle charger. Many trickle chargers, battery tenders, or battery maintainers DO NOT come with terminal direct battery wires. They have alligator clips or a cigar lighter plug, but these are what you want. I got these for my mower, but you can use them on older bikes that don't come with these from the factory, ATVs, or even a car. Local auto parts stores do not sell these. They don't even know what these are. Duh.

Quality appears to be very nice on this product. The wires were nice and flexible and had big ring attachments which made it fairly easy for attaching to the battery. I put these on two brand new motorcycles. And then I charged both batteries. So they work as they should and we’ll see how they do with time.

Delivered in a timely manner and well packaged. Good quality of cables and connectors. Have been using them for almost one year now and contacts show no sign of wear. Ideal for motorcycles, boats and garden tractors.

I always keep a battery maintainer on my motorcycle, so I figured I would do the same on my new scooter. These are incredibly easy to install - you just connect them to your positive and negative battery leads. Once that's done, plug the SAE end into your charger/maintainer and you're good to go.

These harnesses use a 16 gauge wire vice the typical 18 or 20 used by most manufacturers. The connections are actual brass not steel or brass plated. The wire insulation is a flexible rubber material that is more flexible than the Battery Tender brand ones I have used on other bikes. I have nothing truly negative to say about these harnesses. My only caution would be that, the fuse they come with looks like it may be of a sub par quality than those I typically use. Other than that one minor point, these are an excellent product and a great value at the price.
