I have had a sauna for 3 years now and have never found a comfortable way to have good posture when I have been in it. That is until I caved and purchased these backrests. They seemed a little pricey to me when I purchased them but when I got them, I realized the great quality of wood that they were. Once I used it in the sauna it was a game changer, the curved form offers the right support for you spine. They can be used two ways to provide support that is most comfortable for you. Highly recommend, don't let the price turn you away they are worth every penny.

I really enjoy them in the sauna because this way you have something to lean against and not try to sit up straight all the time or lean forward so you don’t burn your back on the heaters

We bought an infrared sauna that fits 3 people (2 comfortably), however we couldn't rest our backs comfortably against the wall. These work really great, fitting the curve of our spine and the rubber pieces on the ends help it to stay in place without slipping. Highly recommend!
