Just what we needed to walk in the dark for our stargazing adventure. Perfect size that puts out an adjustable amount of light.

This light is a bright deep red, around 650nm. Perfect for preserving your night vision and spotting wildlife. Also red light doesn't attract insects as they don't see red light well. I love that the button only turns the light on and off - I can't stand the flashlights that go thru multiple settings with the on/off switch.

I bought these for use when out stargazing and was attracted by the low price. Upon opening the package I found one of the lenses had fallen out and batteries were not provided. I was able to snap the lens into position and hope it stays put. The light provided is plenty bright for my purposes and red enough to preserve my night vision. The lens body slides back and forth to adjust the beam width—a nice feature. But the tolerances aren’t very close so movement is a bit sloppy. For my occasional use and the price these will do the job but I would not recommend them for heavy use or in critical situations.

The moment I pressed down on the orange switch, it disappeared into the torch body. Clearly there is no quality control. Haven't yet installed batteries on the other, however if one of two torches does work it's still twice the price I paid for it.Another reviewer said he'd had the same issue but he was able to reassemble the torch. I don't know how to do that.Note: Seller contacted me and offered me a full refund. Excellent customer service. Upgraded rating from one to two stars.

For the price, these torches are good value... I simply needed a small red light for use when 'fiddling' with my telescope at night.Somewhat disappointed though that one did not work (push button switch at rear didn't work).I suppose I now have a ' spare LED if the functional torch fails...!Further to the above... I took the push switch on the 'failed' torch apart and found that it had been assembled incorrectly.. one of the contacts for the torch case was 'upside down'. Both torches now functional!Seller contacted me offering a full refund for the hassle. I'd rate their customer service as excellent

Good product. Nice and bright, lightweight, simple, great valueThere are some confusing review that imply this is a chargeable flashlight. It is not, just runs on AA batteries, nothing complex.

This 2 pack comes well packaged in a padded plastic case, so great for on the go star-gazing. The light is fairly small, which I like, and works well to read star charts under red light so as not to disturb my dark light adaptation. Will likely buy a couple more for vacation homes and to keep in luggage. Great price and good product!

I was looking for a simple, small, rechargeable flashlight, and I am happy that I bought this one. I love it because even though it's small, it can still be very bright when you need it; also, the thing has a built-in battery, which is rechargeable using the type-c.It has a dual light source for different purposes. The one in front is the main light, which I would use for night walking or finding stuff in the backyard. With a strong magnet behind its back, the side work light is helpful for any work that requires you to face down or bend. It is much more convenient than a handheld flashlight, especially when the job requires both hands. The light is no bigger than lipstick and fits well in my jeans pocket. The charging port has a rubber to cover it, so the dust or water won't get in. The problem with most compact flashlights is they're just too small, after a few months or so, they just can't be found. Not this one with a fluorescent body, it can be easily seen even in complete darkness.I am fond of the one button controls all design, and this is an advantage in at least two respects: To enter the main light/side light, just double/triple click the button instantly. Once it's on, you can adjust different modes by clicking the button again and long-pressing the button to turn off the thing. I love that the side light has the red light function, and I often open it for observation. I also crazy for the occasion light for short use, just long-press the button to open it, that way you don't have to turn on the light. The downside is occasionally, there may be situations where you press the switch, and the light cannot be opened. It's due to some looseness in the connection, a physical button is the better alternative. But the situation it happen too often, so I can accept that.I would have preferred that the clip be locked with screws because the clip can slide around. It might fall off from the thing it's clipping sometimes, but it usually won't happen. I can't say much about its durability because I have not had it long enough. It is by far the finest mini flashlight in its size that I've ever had. This is for you if you want a flashlight for working or just daily use.
