Whether I’m shipping out eBay orders, moving items, or just packaging up some boxes at home, these dispensers have made the process so much smoother and faster. The heavy-duty design of these dispensers stands out immediately. They’re made to handle 2-inch wide packing tape, which fits most standard rolls. The guns are solid and sturdy, making them durable enough for frequent use without any sign of wear and tear. They’re built with a comfortable grip, which ensures that I can work without my hand cramping up, even during long packing sessions. What I love most is how easy-to-use these dispensers are. The tape feeds through smoothly, and the blade is sharp enough to cut through the tape cleanly every time. The automatic tape feed mechanism makes it a breeze to apply tape quickly without needing to fuss with it, saving me time when packaging multiple items at once. For anyone who regularly ships or moves items, this 2-pack set is perfect. Having an extra dispenser on hand is incredibly helpful, especially for busy days when I have a lot of boxes to package. The price is also very reasonable for the quality and convenience these dispensers offer.Overall, I highly recommend the 2 Pack Packing Tape Dispenser Guns for anyone looking for a reliable, durable, and easy-to-use solution for shipping, moving, or general packaging tasks. They’ve definitely made my life easier, and I’ll be using them for a long time.

I have used packing dispensers quite a lot, so I was pretty confident that I could load these with no problem. I had the dickens of a time trying to figure out if I had loaded it right, because they are terrible to use. I also had other members of the household, who are also packing tape dispenser user savvy, try loading them and they too couldn't get them to work. The didn't come with instructions, and one would think you wouldn't need any, but now I'd like some, if only to satisfy my curiosity as to what I'm doing wrong. Unless you can get them loaded so they work good, consider them a piece of junk.

I recently received this "2 Pack Packing Tape Dispenser Gun, 2 inch Wide Heavy Duty Packing Tape Dispenser for Home and Office Use, Durable and Easy-to-Use, Perfect for Shipping, Moving, and Packaging" and they're exactly what I needed.During my last move I ended up ordering a "box tape set" which included an abundance of box tape along with two tape dispensers. They were fairly large, bulky, and what many might refer to as "industrial strength." They were great, but they were cumbersome and awkward to store, and over the years both eventually ended up needing replacement. When I found this pair of much lower-profile dispensers, I was very happy to order. These work much like their plastic counterparts found on disposable tape dispensers, the main difference being that these are made of metal and should basically last much longer and be far less susceptible to accidental breakage. They're extremely user-friendly, which is good as they do not come with instructions. Fortunately, if you're ordering a tape dispenser, there's probably a reasonable chance you know how to use one already, but I still find it frustrating when products come with zero documentation. The pair of tape dispensers is priced at $9.99 as I type this review and the use I've had with them so far has resulted in zero complaints. Happy to recommend.

I ordered a similar packing tape dispenser ("tape gun") but misplaced it soon after receiving it and have not found it yet. So I ordered these, which look to be the same, or at least the same design. For decades I've used the original type, the one with a handle. A lot of reviewers say they like this type better so I wanted to try it. It works as described, but I'll have to use it a lot to really be able to compare.I don't like any of them, to be honest. I ship multiple packages every day and use packing tape constantly. My preferred dispenser has evolved to be a simple desktop dispenser, much like a desktop dispenser for office tape, only much larger and heavier. I pull off the amount of tape I want and apply it by hand and firm it down using a small cloth I keep by the dispenser. It is a foolproof procedure. However, I can't carry the big dispenser around -- it just sits in its spot where I pack boxes. So, I need a portable "tape gun" like this. The type of tape gun with a handle depends on the tension coming off the roll to pull the tape tight; the better ones have an adjustable tension control. This simple type allows the user to control tension by how much pressure the apply to the handle when pulling the tape -- the ability to control the tension is what appealed to me. At this point all I can say is that both work, but I can't say yet which I like better. It might be a toss-up.

This is a review of the 2 Pack Packing Tape Dispenser by Bonison. The ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification number) is B0DPW8SRRD.I was initially impressed by the design of this dispenser. However, in actual use, it did not perform as I expected. I loaded both dispensers with different kinds of tape. The fiberglass tape dispensed easily, but the teeth could not cut the tape and I had to trim it with a razor blade. The other roll was standard type packing tape. It twisted when being applied, but it did cut easily with the teeth of the tool. In both cases, holding the dispenser was a learning process because I found that the way I was holding the tool caused the tape to seize up because I was applying too much pressure. The tool is difficult to use. I cannot recommend this product.
