The package arrived on time but was missing the brackets. Seems deceptive since the ad clearly shows the brackets as part of the package.

The pistons I ordered were twice the strength I needed. I installed one, which was very easy, and just that one was enough to safely hold the toolbox lid open. It closes easily and stays down, but had I added the second one, it would never stay down. At least I have a spare, lol.

Both of mine were totally seized up upon arrival.I asked a question on the listing because the seller states: "If you have any questions, please leave us message, we'll answer and reply within 24 hours".They (seller) did not respond to me at all.Additionally, I tried using a rubber mallet as was suggested by someone else when I asked the question. Yet another said perhaps install them and try to make sure that I had leverage.Neither worked and these will not budge.These shocks also have no way to release the gas.Again, purchase at your own risk but I give it1 star and I'd take that away if I could.I'd take another star away too because the sell never even bothered to respond to my situation.This seller should not even be allowed to sell on Amazon. I wish Amazon had a 3 strikes your out policy with sellers as it would get rid of the bad ones.
