I wish the metal was a little thicker on these, but if you were using them for light weight struts, they would be great. The screws were a little smaller than what I like so I got some longer ones. They fit well and work. I use these and they worked well so I really donโt have much to complain about other than I wish they were a little thicker. Unless you are using these for something that is very heavy I wouldnโt worry about it.

I was having trouble figuring out how to mount my lift struts for my teardrop trailer. I bought these brackets and they are working well. Using with 24 inch, 60 lb struts.

I'm giving this a lower rating because although the brackets themselves are perfect for the job, the included screws are completely inadequate for the 200 pound rated shocks that I ordered with the brackets. I had to use much larger screws, as the tiny ones provided just tore out.Also, the installation instructions are somewhat confusing with various photo's and diagrams showing multiple options. It took some trial and error to get it to work, and even now I think I'll have to change it slightly.

I purchased a tailgate lift cylinder and it came with the incorrect mounting brackets on it. I found these and ordered them. They were an exact match for the mounting brackets I had on the other lift cylinder. The changed out easily in about 2 minutes. They are well made and sturdy. Good product.
