Great kit for a couple about to travel. The USB ports and outlet make these suitable as standalone adapters for nearly every appliance and device you typically bring. The build quality is decent and they feel somewhat sturdy. I'd recommend them overall.

ITEM REVIEWED : VINTAR 2 Pack Canada to UK Plug Adapter, VINTAR Foldable Type G Travel Adapter____________________________________________________________________________________________I travel a bit and have quite a few travel plug adapters.This adapter is perfect for travelling to the United Kingdom + Ireland.This is one of the very few travel adapters that I've seen that actually has a fully functional 3rd prong GROUND ! Although only one of the North American outlets (the one on the front face) has a third prong ground - It's nice in that it allows you to plug in your three prong North American laptop power supply cord into it. That still leaves you with 3 two prong North American outlets to use (one on the top and one on either side)- mostly for other chargers?With this adapter I can use (and/or charge) my laptop with the main outlet, and still plug in 3 other chargers... PLUS have two USB-C and one USB-A outlet for charging all at the same time. However the USB-A and the two USB-C outlets apparently share the same (internal) power supply circuit because in total they can together only deliver a total of 3.4 amps _ which is still quite respectable to charge 3 devices overnight... Basically with only one of these adapters I solve all my plug in needs for charging devices while travelling in the U.K. AND THEN REMEMBER you get TWO in this package...The first time I plugged anything in to the outlets on either side there was some resistance at about half way. But after using the outlet two or three times after that it was all OK.A GREAT ADAPTER if you're travelling to the U.K. and/or Ireland. JUST REMEMBER though that this is only a PHYSICAL adapter. adapters are fine and will do the job in the correct country but do not buy these for the UK. they do not fit.

If you’re traveling to Europe from the USA - these are a MUST!! Love how this comes with 2 plugs and multiple outlets each. For a family traveling - these are perfect and extremely affordable!! GREAT BUY!!

With this you only need your chargers, not adapters for every single of them. I go to Spain every year and this outlet is very convenient. It only adapts the outlet, it doesn’t convert the voltage! Love the detail that the plug folds.

A lot comes into play with these types of adapters and one of them being the quality and/or wear and tear in the electrical sockets in hotels and elsewhere. I’ve had some brand new adapters that ended up fitting really sloppily into sockets in Europe and the Netherlands and elsewhere. So much so that I’ve had to actually support the brand new adapter underneath with a book or something so they don’t fall out. I was not able to compare this adapter into those same electrical sockets that I’ve used in the past, but on this last trip, which was to Spain, these fit nice and snug. Very little play. I had no worries about them coming loose or losing connection overnight while I’m thinking that my phone or devices were charging all the time but in reality, we’re not. I am happy with this purchase.
