If you need an outlety adapter you can't do better that this one for the money. And different angles are available, so pick the one you need. Good vaklue.

This seemed kind of expensive to me but it seems to be the only one with this configuration on Amazon. It does seem to be very well made.

Unfortunately I could not use this product for an “in-use” outdoor receptacle. I need the 90 degree angle but the plug does not extend out far enough to attach a short extension cord to

If you need a quality, left or right hand grounded socket that allows a flush to wall cord, this is your answer. Good luck finding this at Home Depot, it’s not going to happen. I use this for my espresso machine in my kitchen to allow it to sit close to the wall. Nothing else works as well as this. You can choose left or right angle to direct the cord the way you want. It’s an absolute game changer!
