This is an excellent product. I use small accordion expanding keepers like this for receipts. I sort them by month and it becomes an easy tool at tax time. You could also use this to sort by category if the monthly thing doesn’t work best for you. The qualities is excellent. Nice and thick but not too heavy. The elastic band secures snuggly and the lid does not come off until you take it off. I will re-purchase this exact item when needed again. This is a win!

This item is the size and style I needed. Unlike many similar file folders, this expands accordion-style, rather than fan-style, so it has the capacity to hold up to a 5-inch depth of checks and receipts, which is a year's worth for me. I preferred the older paper file folders I was able to buy for many years, so I'm not thrilled with this plastic version, but the older style I like has become difficult, or impossible, to find, except at outrageous prices. The MAJOR criticism I have of this product is that the elastic wrap-around cord to secure it closed is not nearly long enough to accommodate the file when it is filled to capacity.

These mini organizers are compact but surprisingly spacious, with 13 pockets that make it easy to sort my crafting supplies.The build quality is excellent—the folders feel sturdy and durable, even with frequent use. I purchased these to use to store specific types of stickers. I use a lot of “peel-offs” that come on 4” x 9” sheets, and these fit perfectly in this. I organize them by type (lines, dots, borders, etc) and the by color. I also use them to store PET tape stickers — I just cut the tape into manageable length strips, and store them the same way: by subject and then by color. I currently have 6 of these loaded with stickers ready to use. Makes it so much easier to find what I need. Good quality, good materials. Very happy with these.

I recently started playing and singing at a church where they kept their hymn board numbers in little stacks in the organ bench which was absurd; you couldn't store anything else in there and they would get jumbled up. I'd also have to plan ahead which numbers I needed before getting on the ladder and occasionally would miscalculate which numbers I needed (to change them from the ones already up there) necessitating another R/T up and down the ladder and back and forth to the piano bench to get the numbers I missed. Ridiculous. At a different church we had 3 boards and I got what was basically a box for sewing notions or fishing lures and that was perfect there, but here we only have 2 sets, so the piles aren't very big. This was PERFECT to keep them neatly together and compact enough to bring the whole thing up the ladder with me so I can just pull what I need while I'm up there. The price was also so low for this 2-for-1 deal that I'm happy to have another one to use to organize receipts for house repairs, big purchases, warranty papers, etc. before I get around to filing them. I also love the bright colors and that they provide labels for each pocket. It stands up stably, too, which is a nice feature. I like it so much I might get another 2 pack for use at work even though I don't have a specific need for it yet! Highly recommend!
