These lights work really well with fluorescence items. The intensity of these lights are very strong and I am very pleased at how they make my black light reactive items glow.However, I noticed that they get HOT very quickly and I am very nervous that they could possibly start a fire, especially if they are used for long periods of time and I would never leave them on unsupervised! I also wish that there were hanging options because I wanted to use these on a black light sensitive tapestry, and I haven’t found a great solution on just how to angle them at my tapestry. I can set them on the floor and angle them up, but that requires quite a bit of space. So overall, very intense, super bright lighting however, real concerns about safety.

These lights definitely flood a room with black light and make everything glow, so no complaints on that aspect. If you’re throwing a neon party or lighting up your black light posters, they work and do exactly what you need. Super easy to set up too, just plug in and flip the switch. A+ for that part.The build quality is VERY “meh” though. It’s basically a thin sheet of metal with a cheap looking plastic cover over some light hardware. No real weight to them at all. I expected something a little more solid or quality, but I guess if you just stick them in a corner or mount them out of sight, it doesn’t matter much to party-goers.They get hot pretty fast too, so don’t plan on handling them after they’ve been on for a while. These are one of those things that I probably wouldn't leave them on and running if you’re planning on leaving your house LOL.They work fine for a party night, but they’re not very impressive in any other way beyond creating some black light. They get the job done overall, so there's that.

This item is a steal! For less than $20 with the current $10 coupon, you get two of these very bright black lights. These will be used to illuminate our Halloween display and the dozens of skeletons we have. I plugged one into the plug in my darkened kitchen and everything white just glowed - it was awesome. They are not the most heavy-duty lights, fairly light weight with a simple arm that rotates as the stand and lets you adjust the angle of the light. But for us, they will only be used during Halloween season. They are indoor/outdoor according to the manufacturer. I have not used them outdoors yet. So far, I am very excited about these lights and would definitely recommend them.

I had bought one black light previously, but it would only illuminate one poster. These are great! I have 5-6 posters displayed for my upcoming glow party. These lights make them all show up really well. They are lightweight. I can put one on top of my thermostat to light the posters on the opposite wall. One note of caution-they get hot fast. They have a handle on top which makes them easy to reposition and carry. It keeps you from touching the hot part. I like that these two are all I need to light the living room and dining room area. The cord is long enough to reach about a foot to an area from the electric plug.

I'm so excited to use these at Halloween! I decorate the yard and have some black lights to try to get that reflective glow on people walking the driveway but most of the lights don't have enough power to get that glow from more than a a couple feet away. Not these guys! 20' away and they were bringing out the reflection against the white in the room. The pics show just 1 light in use. I found the light to get warmer than I expected for LED lights - not so hot that you can't touch the unit but different than other LED units I have. The stand works well and the holes will allow the lights to be mounted up on a tree or the house and shine down. Great value for the price!

100 watt light gets EXTREMELY hot EXTREMELY fast. After testing for approximately 3 minutes, each unit was very hot to the touch. I have 300 watt lights that don't get nearly as hot because the heat is properly dissipated. These units are not. Also worth mentioning, does not come with any kind of mounting hardware, stands or brackets. Light is more blue than it is actual blacklight but it does illuminate neon and white items quite well.
