Product Description

Titan Wheel Accessories wheel spacers installed on a vehicle hub.

2 Inch (50mm) 5x4.5 Wheel Spacers

Space out your vehicle's wheels for a more aggressive stance or increased suspension and brake parts clearance.

We offer wheel spacers, precisely machined from Billet 6061-T6 Aluminum, for most vehicle applications. Our spacers are designed to space out your vehicle's wheels, widening the track width by 2 Inches (50mm) per side. This gives your vehicle a more aggressive look and adds inside clearance for aftermarket suspension and brake parts or larger tires.

Titan Wheel Accessories spacers are bolted onto the vehicle's hub using the included conical seat lug nuts, which centers the spacers on the hub of the vehicle. Grade 12.9 steel studs come pre-installed in the spacers, which are used to mount the wheel onto the spacer using your vehicle's original lug nuts.

Material

Our wheel spacers are designed by us and CNC machined from Billet T6 6061 Aluminum to ensure a quality product that lasts.

Titan Wheel Accessories Wheel Spacers

Finish

Spacers have a black anodized finish that protects the surface from corrosion and blends in behind a vehicle's wheels.

Titan Wheel Accessories Wheel Spacers Grade 12.9 Steel Studs

Studs

Titan Wheel Accessories spacers come with pressed-in 12.9 grade steel studs, which are used to secure the vehicle's wheels onto the spacer.

Titan Wheel Accessories Conical Lug Nut Seats

Fitment

These wheel spacers are lug-centric, meaning that they use the included conical seat lug nuts to center the spacers onto the hub and the vehicle's original lug nuts to center and bolt the wheel onto the spacer.

Installation Information

Proper installation is to be performed by a trained professional with sufficient knowledge of these products. Refer to the Installation Instructions for additional information. The following points are guidelines only:

  • A torque wrench (no air tools) is required for the safe and proper installation of your new wheel spacers or adapters
  • Be sure to remove all corrosion from your vehicle's hub and rotor using sandpaper, a wire brush or a wire wheel to ensure correct centering and seating of the spacer
  • Make sure that the spacer or adapter seats completely flush against the hub of the vehicle and that the wheel seats completely flush against the face of the spacer
  • Make sure that the wheel spacers or adapters have studs with a thread pitch that matches your vehicle's studs
    • If they do not, additional lug nuts will be required
  • Your vehicle's OEM wheel studs may be longer than the spacer is thick. If that is the case, there are a couple of options:
    • Your factory wheel studs can be cut/trimmed down or replaced with longer studs
    • Your wheels may have pockets or cavities between the mounting holes. If these pockets are of sufficient size and shape to accomodate your vehicle's studs, you may not have the modify the studs
    • Never install wheels onto spacers if the vehicle's factory studs make contact with the back of the wheel. Make sure to confirm that the back of the wheel seats completely flush against the face of the spacer

Product arrived earlier than expected. Easy to install, and solid pieces. I had one stud that seemed to be stripped, but I reached out and the merchant quickly resolved the issue. Been riding with these on my Challenger for a few days now, the ride quality is great…almost like there is nothing there. Spacers fit well with my aftermarket wheels, and cause no vibration or any other concerns. Gives my a car a nice aggressive stance. Would buy again, and definitely recommend!

Fit my 2010 Dodge Charger. It looks great. I've only put about 100 miles on them so far and no wobble or wheels coming off. I'll update if they do.Okay well I torqued them on too tight and the aluminum started toncrack after about 1000 miles. They still didn't wobble or feel weird. I just happened to see the hailine crack while cleaning my wheels. Guess I'll just find some rims with an offsetUpdate one year later. New Craigslist rims need spacers. Buying another set of these as only two of the original set had stress cracks. Now I'll have a couple extra in case anything goes wrong. I'll use proper torque specs this time and update in a few months
