I had to have a new counter installed and the installer wanted me to order this for my cords. I ordered it, and it arrived quickly, and he was able to have the actual item to measure for accuracy. It worked out great! Saved me a trip to the store, and honestly which store would you even go to for this?

Not a 50mm grommet. If you drill a 2” hole on your surface the grommet is closer to 47mm. Look for descriptions that provide 3 dimensions. OD, ID, and most outter edge (the outter lip that would sit over/on top your surface.

It's hard to get excited about a desk grommet but this one is reasonably sturdy and big enough to accommodate a number of power cords and Cat 6 cables. If I needed another one I would buy this again.
