I have not used them yet. Seems like good quality probe. Will use on my diy oscilloscope when it is built.

I got 2 of these HV Probes, mostly for working on vacuum tube amplifiers. Most tube guitar amps have voltages above 300 VDC (maximum voltage for my 10x probes and scope inputs), so now I can safely probe HV circuits without worrying about blowing up my oscilloscope and 10x probes ! Of course, with the 100x attenuation of the HV Probes you lose sensitivity for looking at the smallest signals (ripple, noise, and low level audio), but I can see just enough of the signals of interest when I set the scope to it's most sensitive Volts/Div setting. The 60 Mhz bandwidth of these probes should be more than sufficient for audio and even most TV/Video work. These x100 HV probes are a "must have" for my electronic workbench (I should have purchased them long ago, but better late than never).

Work great with a couple vintage O-Scopes no issues thus-far.

I did not expect this probe to really have 60Mhz of bandwidth, and it may not, but it performs really well into the ~5MHz range with 0 noticeable decay. Well worth the money. I use it often for tube amplifier debugging in the 200-500V range.

Disclaimer: Take proper care when measuring 120 V outlets!I had previously been trying to measure 120 V Mains waveforms with no success. According to my oscilloscope's specs, it should have been able to handle such voltage easily with a 1:10 probe, but when I attempted to measure this, the top/bottom peaks got cut off, only measuring a range of +/- 50V. Turns out this is an issue with the software's graphing or processing limitations rather than a problem with my oscilloscope. Once I switched to the 1:100 probe, the waveforms looked great (in the sense that I could see the full waveform, not in the sense of being a perfect sine wave). Happy scoping!
