I have hundreds of these that I use together with customized labels from a Brother label maker and hanging file folders. Everything is neat, uniform in size, and organized. Great for both business and personal use. Using the label maker with these gives you lots of room on multiple lines for long, specific text labels. Makes it quick and easy to find your files, important documents, etc. And by using the included inserts with the tabs, your labels become interchangeable as you don't have to stick anything to anything. Just slide the label in or out and you're good to go for the next one.

I specifically ordered 3.5” tabs. The measurements in the photos of the item description matched what I was looking for, but the items delivered were smaller. The packaging indicated they should have been the correct size, but they were not. Other than falsely advertised size, product seems to be manufactured ok.

Size of white inserts are 3-1/2" as stated and protected by slightly larger plastic. Easy to use and easy to write on. Easy to see in your hanging file drawer or box.

Don't believe the size of this packaging. It's wrong. It's actually 2-1/2". It's NOT 3-1/2". It's shorter than what is indicated. Now I am stuck with this which I can't use for what I need.

I like these, but there is a caution to your needs. I have two different brands of hanging folders. These fit one brand but although they slide into the other folders well, they sit a little lower. The difference is that they are less visible without separating the folders to be sure you have the right one. Suggest to buy the same brand of folders each time, or buy a brand that includes the tab holders as part of the purchase of the hanging folders.
