Installed these in my cars 3rd brake light, everything was plug and play and took a minute at most. So far everything looks good I do recommend these as the red looks funny with a regular blue colored led. Way brighter than the original bulbs and is a little brighter than my incandescent tail lights. These definitely give off that incandescent look especially for fixtures with red lenses

I upgraded my side marker lights to white LEDs (amber lenses) and they just didn't look right because they were so bright. These are still very bright, but the amber color makes the lights look a lot better. My pictures show the new amber lights on the front driver side (USA), and my old white LEDs on the front passenger side. No warning lights were triggered by installing these.

I used these bulbs as replacements for Sylvania 168 side marker lights. Installation was quick, they fit easily into the socket and stayed in place. They are about 50% brighter than the previous incandescent bulbs.The headline has a typo: the color is 1870K, not 6000K which is cool white. It turns out that my state permits amber for front marker lights, so these will work for me.

This product is an LED replacement for the 194-type halogen lamp. The lamp is the same physical size as the 194 lamp and the light produced by this lamp is very white (6000K) and bright (400LM). It would be suitable for use in all locations where the 194 halogen incandescent bulbs were originally used. This includes many interior lighting locations (dome light, map light, door courtesy lights, under dash lights) and many exterior lighting locations (parking light, license plate light, trunk cargo light, side marker lights).The manufacturer states that these lamps are three times brighter than the 194 halogen incandescent bulbs they replace. They also state that the lamps produce less heat than the bulbs they replace and are fully compatible in all vehicles (Plug & Play with no CANBUS issues). These lamps do not exhibit issues with polarity when installed.These lamps have a hollow, finned, cylindrical structure made of aluminum as the main element of the lamp. A fiberglass circuit board forms the main spine of the lamp and supports the needed electronics to operate the lamp. The finned aluminum body of the lamp mitigates the heat produced and ensures that the electronics and LED chips do not over-heat. The lamps utilize 18 discrete 3014 LED chips with 12 chips placed around the circumference of the lamp and the remaining six located in the terminal end of the lamp body. Thus, the light produced by this lamp is produced evenly around the cylindrical portion of the lamp and additional light produced on the end of the cylinder. Generally, the light pattern produced by this lamp works well with original lamp assemblies intended for use with the 194-type bulb.I ordered these lamps to use in the interior lighting positions of my SUV. I have had an issue with finding 194 pattern lamps that produce just the right amount of light for the interior of my truck. It has been a real Goldilocks situation. These lamps appear to produce just the right amount of light, and in the right pattern, for use over the second-row doors. The brightness and the very white color are just what I needed (Not too bright, Not too dim, Just right). The light pattern of these lamps works well with the lamp assembly’s reflector unit. These lamps have found a home in my truck.
