I ended up returning this cable due to my own mistake thinking it was vinyl coated. It is not but it comes in a nice package and looks like very nice quality.

I used this cable set to reinforce my Patio Cover. I made a loop with the retaining clips over the bolts Holding the Patio Cover to the columns in the ground.I used a 24 inch ground anchor and looped the cable through and tightened attached with crimped cable clips.I am confident that should we get excessively high winds this cable will help hold my Patio Cover in place. The cutting tool they provide with this kit cuts well.
