Best product with accuracy

I purchased these calibration weights to ensure the accuracy of my scales. These weights arrived well-calibrated themselves, and when I used them to check the accuracy of my scales, they consistently registered the correct weight. This leads me to conclude that they have been accurately calibrated. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product as it serves its purpose perfectly. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to calibrate their scales.

These were not as accurate as I was hoping, but a decent value. So I will keep them. The smaller weights are small rectangles of sheet metal with a bent corner. It comes with a very cheap pair of tweezers that works OK but not great. The small rectangular weights are not well labeled, perhaps not at all. My eyes aren’t what they used to be, but I am wearing reading glasses.

It came quickly but these things are so small, with the callouses on my fingers they are impossible to pick up. The 100 gram weight is right on compared to the state inspectors.

Could use a better box but it comes with a box that does its job nothing fairs well if dropped. Mine is pretty much stationary so I’ll probably never need a second set unless I’ve lost pieces. Bad comment is cheap tweezers get what you pay for so get a better set if you want to look professional while using

I don't think the actual weight of these are super precise, but they are good enough for my purposes. The case is okay, but I had to cut out a wall between the shallow bins, to get everything to fit.

This is a GREAT set of weights! My scale goes to .001 so I seriously researched accurate weights for almost a month before I bought these. I purchased these in May 2020 and have been using them daily since that time. At .001 just the shifting air (like from the a/c or you breathing on it) will affect your reading, so my scale has a lid with a little hole in the top to allow you to pick it up. I have to cover that small hole for true accuracy or it will drift. I also calibrate it every single time I turn it on.These weights have been dead on for me with no drifting if I'm using the cover with that hole blocked. They are excellent! My only is with what surrounds the weights. The case is super cheap stamped plastic with a tiny piece of "cushioning" glued to the lid to hold the weights in place (see pictures), so it arrives with everything rolling about inside. The mg weights (which come in a tiny zipped plastic bag that the tweezers hate - we'll talk tweezers next) fit very awkwardly into the small spaces at the bottom, and the clear cover over them doesn't lock into place. Drop this thing and you'll be sorting everything except the 20g-100g weights in the back. The tweezers were built for TODDLERS. They are a ridiculously thick plastic that bends (literally) if you use them to pick up the smaller gram weights, and while I fought and eventually succeeded in using them to pick up the MG weights a couple of times, it just wasn't worth the battle. I use different tweezers now. My picture shows ordinary everyday tweezers from your local drugstore in comparison to the included tweezers for a better size reference than the odd tweezers I use.I definitely reccomend the weights! I would, however, find someone crafty to build a new case to keep them in or go find an empty weight case with better cushioning to house them. Mine is being created from wood as a birthday present from my wonderful husband!

Weights were accurate for all but the most exacting work, most to the second decimal.Smallest weights had most variance.

Definitely not laboratory grade, but the weights were surprisingly accurate for the cost. Most of the larger weights were accurate to 0.1% (eg: 100g +/-0.1%) the lighter ones varied a bit more, with the most inaccurate being the little 'wafers' at +/-1 percent : eg: 100mg = 98mg, 20mg = 22. The really small ones: 10 and 5 mg were 11 and 4-6. But that's at the edge of my resolution. Bottom line: I would NOT use these to calibrate for gold or medical work, but may be fine for casual or culinary applications.I'd have given this an overall 4 stars except for the quality issues below. The case is awful : very cheaply made, not obvious in the photos. Doesn't really hold the components in place very well at all. My set arrived with all the 1,2,5 and 10g weights outside their sockets and rolling around inside the box. The foam insert in the cover needs to be much thicker so that the weights are kept in place. The 'wafer weights' come in a little zip-lock that is tricky to empty, and the wafers themselves fit very oddly in the holes provided. The plastic strip that covers them is el-cheapo and doesn't lock into place. One end protrudes from the slot (look closely in the product shots, on the right side.) You definitly don't want to let this box tip over or go on it's side, or you'll be fishing components out the rug for hours. The little plastic tweazers they provide are next to useless and are too clunky for everything below 20g. Forget using it with the wafers. That said, with a bit of curtailed expectations, it's a decent little kit.
