I have 2017 Honda Accord Sport with just over 91K miles on it. last week my Check Engine light came on. After looking up the code... P0420, I'm looking at maybe a new CAT. So not cool. After spending about 2 hours on YouTube researching P0420, I decided to go with the advice of a few mechanics on YouTube and start with the PCV valve. Holy Crap, Batman! It worked. I replaced the PCV valve which is very easy on a 2017 Accord. Reset the engine light. I drove about 100 miles in 2 days and Check Engine light stayed off. At that 100 mile marker, I also added Cataclean to my gas tank per instructions on the can. Cataclean is another suggestion I picked up from Youtube. 500 miles later, check engine has not come back.

Bought this replacement part in March, recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change and realized the was a slow oil leak from somewhere. After further inspection we found the leak was coming from this part. My suggestion would be to not buy this aftermarket part.

This is the second time I have replaced my pcv valve on my 2017 accord. First was due to leak, second time routine maintenance. This is half the cost of the factory and looks/feels identical. Instal takes 2 minutes. Don’t forget to oil the o-rings!

Works perfect for Honda Accord LX 2014. My Honda has been burning lot of oil but since replacing this valve, the problem solved. Cheap!
