I've really taken for granted how important water quality is, and how variable it can be. Especially as I've gotten more into fermenting and preserving, and amount of bacteria could be multiplied and become incredible dangerous. These tests are quick, easy, and definitive so you don't have to second guess on safety. The results are very clear thanks to the included chart and step by step instructions. You get enough for 100 tests so it's well worth the cost. Especially if you don't use filtered water, you should double check what's in the tap.

I keep looking for a good water tester for my house. I have a water filtration system but wanted to see how it is holding up. Water test was easy to use. Readability of the test was easy to understand. I really like the functionality as I am able to do multiple water tests with this one test. Everything lives up to the description of manufacturer. Great way to do a home test fast and easy for a fraction of the cost of getting a professional to come and do it.

It was perfect timing for me to get this test kit. With the winter storm, our city lost water and had a boil water advisory. I felt so much safer using the water having this test kit. The bacteria test came back negative, the water test was easy to read, quick to develop, and seemed accurate. There are many test strips so I was able to share with others, seems like a great value for what you get. Extremely easy to use. I would definitely recommend this item.

Ensuring the safety and quality of my drinking water is extremely important to me, so I have invested a great deal of time researching ways to understand what’s in it. I would call myself a so called self claimed expert. Given the ever changing nature of water supplies and piping systems, I needed a consistent method to monitor my water over time. I also am constantly traveling for work, being in new places where the water can be significantly different. I was hopeful the Heveis Test Strips would be a convenient and affordable solution. Unfortunately, I could not have been more disappointed.These test strips are completely useless. None of the parameters produced any measurable results. Definitely not as straightforward test strips I have for my pool/hot tub. The reason I am so disappointed is because the strips showed the exact same result, or rather, no result at all - every single time. Not one strip changed color from its original state. I tested the water of everything I could get my hands on. For instance, I know 100% that my tap water has elevated lead and copper levels... but the test showed zero signs of this (see photo). I even tested my whole milk & it showed no change. What on earth! To be blunt, this product raises serious concerns about its reliability, especially considering the critical decisions people may make based on its faulty readings.
