I used this to hammer down some stakes for my halloween decorations this year and it did the job and it's a cool color. I'd previously had a regular mallet with a wooden handle but ended up breaking a few months later. This one will get the job done for you

Only thing is the box that the mallet came in was much bigger than usual there was no filler inside just the mallet wrapped in plastic loose in the big box. Seemed like the box was opened before, because of the clear tape job. Didnt look like Amazon's usual packaging. Overall perfect item

I was in the middle of assembling my metal storage shelfing and needed a rubber mallet to hammer the metal knobs into the holes to make the horizontal beams bite into the vertical poles. I could not get it done without a mallet. With prime, I got this mallet delivered the next day!This mallet is exactly the size I wanted, feels solid in my hand. It is powerful enough to hammer the metal beams in without damaging them, which is really cool. I got the assembly done very quick with this mallet.I took one star off, is because the rubber is not that durable. The rubber part has already got some damages after I assembled only one single rack. But considering its affordable price and the work it's already done for me, I'd like to leave a four-star review.

This came in handy while making a PVC Cloche to cover my plants. I had PVC pipe and joiners. I used the mallet to make sure the PVC pipe was in the joiners all the way. This really came in handy. I got tired of assuming the PVC pipe was fully in the joiner to find out it wasn't. Once I got a hold of this mallet, my efforts were on like Donkey Kong! Great quality and would buy again, but with the quality of the mallet, this won't need to be purchased again. Great product.
