No I didn’t put boiling water in them. Two broke in the dishwasher. Two broke just sitting with a beverage. They all broke with the same circle crack near the base and up toward the handle same on each mug. It’s an odd looking break so it’s notable.Never in a microwave I don’t own one. Puzzling why they cracked.

I needed a cup that was a bit larger when using my Mr coffee one touch and this fit the bill. Seems sturdy but I have more than enough with 6 in case one breaks.

I use these in my college dorm room, they are great for large cups of tea and other hot drinks. Because they are glass they do get hot fast so you need to be careful, but when you have cold hands they are great for warming up.

It is true that these cups are slightly smaller than advertised but only by a couple of ounces. The reason I purchased them is to replace the ones that I bought at The Dollar Tree which broke and all Dollar Trees, in my area at least, do not carry them any longer. They are my favorite cup/bowl for breakfast. I can microwave my scrambled eggs in them, eat cereal, yogurt fruit and granola, warm up soup, etc…. They are crystal clear and the perfect size! I LOVE them! Appear of high quality and are packed securely. See photos. Will absolutely reorder if I need to!
