These are great! They keep the coffee hot much longer than a standard mug. Despite some negative reviews, I have not seen any water penetration in the 2 months I have been using them. I think the disappointed users are throwing these in the dishwasher. You cannot do that. There is a small vent home in the bottom that will allow water in if you run these through a cycle. Hand wash only!!

I love the mugs. They are crafted to perfection. I received two of them yesterday and am currently having a cup of hot tea. Because of the design you can't feel the hot beverage. They are a conversation piece that will occur after dinner with guests and a great cup of coffee or tea. The packaging and marketing are spot on. Highly recommended. Go with the best and forget the rest.

I love these glasses. They are perfect for your hot beverage of choice. The quality is fantastic, no crude finishes or tacky accents. The insulation is great, doesn't burn your hand, but on cold days, it's just enough to keep your hands warm. Definitely a must have.

These double wall clear glass mugs are soo beautiful! They are very lightweight but seem very well constructed. They are the perfect size for my lattes in the morning, and I just love how you can see how pretty your drink looks!

I absolutely love these glass mugs. They are lightweight and easy to clean. However, after two months, I started to see some moisture form in the inner glass wall. I was disappointed to see that. Then I dropped one on the sink, not even very hard and it cracked in half. They are beautiful mugs, I just wish that they made them a little more durable and that the insulation was better.
