I love how flexible the handle is, but it comes at a price. When you screw the pieces together, they don't do a great job of locking in place, so they are really loose. When trying to clean my chimney I would like to be able to rotate the brush so I can clean all around, but I cannot. When I spin, either the brush comes loose, or the extension poles come apart. I had to tape the pole together, but now I can't store it well because I have to keep the pole at length rather than being able to take it apart for storage. I'm glad I was able to clean my chimney, but it's more of a hassle than I would like. I wish the pole sections clipped into place rather than screw, then they might have a better hold.
