Please wear professional safety glasses to protect your eyes, because maybe there are flying grits when the sanding drum turning at high speed.
The sanding drum will be attritted faster on metal surface, please replace sleeves timely in order to achieving the better sanding effect.

For the price you pay, these work about as well as you would expect for something so cost efficient. The intial grit is great, but dulls very quickly. Just pay extra attention to the sanding bands when you use them. A couple times, the band would slip off the drum (no matter how much you tightened them) or would simply unravel. It's okay (hence the 3 stars) since you get so many for such a low price.

They tend to slide off the drum holder a bit but for the price, I feel like it was a good buy! You get so many sanding pads!

these drums are a huge part of my "MINOR REPAIR" portfolio. i'm always needing to SAND small jobs around the house-mostly cleaning up DIRTY/RUSTY/ENCRUSTED items. i even use them to SHARPEN some of my pocket/belt loop knives!! i've used them several times to clean up areas where paint has been disturbed....& repainted over the bad area.A GREAT ADDITIONK....to my "ARMORY"!!!THANXED BASSU.S. ARMY VN VETRETIRED

LOTS of rotary sand paper drums. SEVERAL mandrels, which tend to wear and need backup. Inexpensive relative to similar brand named items.
