They do a good job, but the insulation is limited and they don't seem too durable.

Love the boots! They are like croc material and very light. They also keep your feet warm.

Wore them hunting one time and had a stick go completely threw them and into my foot!! Biggest waste of $90 I’ve ever spent. 10 out of 10 do not recommend

While making farm calls, these light weight boots are exactly what is needed. Easy slip on and off with light weight walking in mud and such. Very easy to rinse off and dry. Game changer

These boots are amazingly “lightweight.” The first time you hold one, you’ll be shocked at how little they weigh (a pair weigh less than the box they are shipped in). The material is similar to that used in Croc-style footwear. They appear to be produced using an injection-molding process. They’re one-piece, with no seams, or glued together sections (so, no areas where leaks can develop, and no chance of prices coming apart from wear). They have a decent amount of tread and provide average traction walking on wet vegetation or loose soil. There are no insoles. The bed of the boot (where the bottom of you foot rests) is lined with little raised bumps. These keep your foot from sliding around in the boot. You can feel them if you go barefoot, or wear a thin sock. But they’ve not abrasive. With a thicker sock, you don’t notice them. I bought two pair, both size 10. One regular calf width, one wide-calf width. I typically wear 10.5 boots in Wide width. Half sizes aren’t available. Based on some of the reviews (and against manufacturers advice), I ordered next full size smaller. They fit well. Enough room in the toe box, but not too much. Good compromise in width. You can see the difference in calf width between the regular and wide-calf versions in my photos. I have thick calves. The regular width calf boots are a bit snug with jeans tucked in. Probably would be uncomfortable wearing heavier pants or with long underwear. Lots more room for pant legs in wide-calf version. Notice the wide-calf style is a full inch taller (both sold as Classic 16” boot). Odd. I wore the regular calf width boot for a couple hours in 70F temperature with a normal weight sock. They were a bit too warm. Perhaps the wide-calf version would allow some heat to escape and be more comfortable in warm weather. Haven’t tested them in cold weather yet. I think they will be warm in the 30-60F range, especially if you are moving around, generating body heat. As far as sitting still (hunting) in cold weather… time will tell.

I bought these for my fiancé and they were exactly what he wanted! They are so light, especially for a boot, but the material is very thick and you can’t feel the ground when you’re walking.
