These are very ingenious and simple. They are very inexpensive so you can have them handy all the time. The only issue I have with them is that they are a loose if the screw heads are on the small side.

I like the way these are made to fit different diameters of screw drivers. May be a problem when trying to place a screw into a very tight area because the wings that hold the screw are pretty wide. Other than that they work better than the magnet devices.
