These work fine. Good price and delivery was prompt. Work well for glueing up leg blanks, etc.

There is a reason these are cheaper than everyone else’s hand screws. They’re cheaply made from Chinese, wide grain soft wood. One of mine was broken just from sitting in the shipping box. They’re going back as soon as I get the replacement. Look at my pics. Super wide grain, patched knots and cracks. Chinese garbage.I'd like to add that I really like Rockler as a store. They have a broad selection and the employees are always super nice every time I've shopped with them. They really shouldn't be carrying these cheepie handscrews.

There are times when nothing but a wood handscrew clamp will do the job at hand. It might be a delicate surface, or two surfaces that aren't parallel. These clamps let a woodworker precisely adjust position and clamping pressure to fit the job at hand. After a long debate with my conscience I finally decided to go ahead with my original plan and gave them to my son-in-law for Christmas. He was thrilled! The clamps are solid, well made, and will give years of service.

The price was great. The clamps work fine. Noticed the screw assemblies are smaller scale than others on the market, possibly explains their cheaper price.
