I always tape these things on as the heat causes them to drop off. This one fixed the issue I had, thanks.

Didn’t work for me. Tried to use with Shaw/ Arris PVR. Arrived in a tiny plastic bag with the receiver hanging out of the bag. Not sure whether that was the reason it didn’t work or what. Generic manufacture, no instructions, no support.

This cable doesn't work and there is misleading information in the description.The cable is actually a Mono cable, not a stereo cable, and therefore only has 2 pins on the 3.5mm jack. The Pinout from the description: "Tip-VCC 5V, Center-Data,Lower-Ground" is therefore incorrect., as there are only 2 pins, and therefore only VCC and GND. Hence, you will not get any data from this cable... A working IR extender cable needs to have all three signals...

Works great with my Niles MSU140 remote extender. The double sided tape that keeps it in place was worthless. Thankfully I keep my own double sided tape on hand, so it was easily resolved.A good alternative for those that need replacement IR flashers for the Niles system.

The range on this is really short. I literally had to tape it the my tv directly in front of the sensor :/
