The Spritool digital crane scale is easy to use, sturdy and accurate. The crane comes with a convenient remote control. It looks and feels well-built, with a sturdy hook and a clear, easy-to-read display. The 3000 lb capacity easily handles even my heaviest loads. The accuracy is excellent, especially considering the price point.The tare function is great. It's easy to use, making it simple to subtract the weight of containers or chains. The remote control is great for safety when dealing with bulky items that obstruct the scale's display. I've been using this scale for several weeks now, and it's held up well. It's designed for industrial use, but it's also surprisingly user-friendly for home or farm applications. Overall, I'd recommend this scale to anyone who needs to weigh bulky objects regularly. Full marks from me!

Manage your expectations is the name of the game with this scale. Setup is self explanatory. It is a little annoying that the remote uses AAA batteries, but the scale uses AA batteries, why? It is an unneeded hassle. Also some of the labeled functions on the remote wont really make sense unless you read the manual, or are familiar with non standard scale functions. I have messed around with a few of these over the years and i think this feels a little cheap, but also a good budget option if you dont need ultra precise numbers.All that being said, we went ahead and strapped it to the ceiling joists in the garage and starting testing it out. The heaviest weights we could rig up were around 600lbs, and it was accurate to within 10lbs. A little tough to keep things perfectly still so maybe not the most perfect test. I weigh 200lbs and rigged up a pallet to stand on while strapped to the scale and it was also within 10lbs.
